A COMPOUND in Crow Lane, Gunnislake was broken into between July 9 and 14 and 1,500 reclaimed Delabole slates stolen.

The slates were worth £2,500 and anyone who has been offered these or has information on this crime should call Callington Police on 08452 777444 quoting the crime number BN/10/434.

l THE driver's side mirror was smashed on a van parked in waste land off Church Street, Callington between 6pm last Friday (July 23) and 8.30am on Monday morning.
