HORRABRIDGE U16s dominated most of the play in the first half creating some good chances but found the visiting goalkeeper in outstanding form. When he was beaten Rangers were denied by the cross-bar from shots by Glen Fuller and Jack Northam. Chaddlewood managed one shot in the first half that produced a fine save from Ollie Cox.

Horrabridge upped their tempo in the second half playing some good passing football with Harry Eaton and Jack Northam at the centre.

It was the visitors however, who took the lead when they scored from a free-kick just outside the area.

Rangers continued to play good football and deservedly got the their equaliser when Aaron Johnson scored a penalty. Chaddlewood were again thankful to their goalkeeper who made a series a fine saves to deny Birch, Fuller and Kingham. The home side took the lead after 65 minutes when Jack Northam lost his marker in the box to smash the ball home giving the Chaddlewood goalkeeper no chance and Harry Eaton made the game safe when he scored from 12 yards after good work from Birch and Tom Wright. Player of the match was Josh Birch.
