THE North Devon biosphere reserve will be the topic for discussion at the next Okehampton U3A meeting.

Matt Edworthy, outreach co-ordinator for the reserve will attend the meeting to discuss the reserve. Such reserves are places with world-class environments designated by the United Nations to promote and demonstrate a balanced relationship between people and nature.

This month's meeting takes place on May 30 in the Garden Room at the Ockment Centre at 2.30pm.

Visitors are welcome to attend up to 3 meetings before joining.  The cost is just £12 for the year.
