THE A386 from Okehampton to Tavistock was closed for three hours following an accident on Tuesday morning. Two vehicles, a Vauxhall Astra and a Toyota Yaris, were involved in the accident and the two drivers were taken to Derriford Hospital ? their injuries were not thought to be life-threatening. The accident happened at 7.20am at the top of Wringworthy bend on the Tavistock side of Mary Tavy. Diversions were set up and Tavistock firefighters were called to make safe the vehicles.
