TWO Okehampton residents held a big lunch in aid of charity last month.

The event, which raised £82.05 for Devon Air Ambulance, is the fourth one held by Mick Vern and Carol Hookway.

The couple welcomed 15 friends to join them in their home, who all offered a donation for charity. Each year they raise money for a charity of their choice.

The couple expressed thanks to everybody who helped support the event.
