THE bells have been ringing out for Christmas Day — and bell ringers in Meeth are looking to welcome new ringers to the fold.

The group practice most on Fridays from 7.30pm to 9pm at St Michael and All Angels Church, and they are keen to welcome ringers of all ages, particularly beginners keen to find out more about bell ringing.

The group works to ensure the bell ringing sessions are a sociable and enjoyable pastime.
