ARLA Foods' Taw Valley Creamery is celebrating after picking up 15 awards at this year's Devon County Show. The North Tawton-based creamery was awarded six first place, four second place and two third place awards, as well as top accolades, including supreme champion for best exhibit, the Evelyn Bray Memorial perpetual challenge trophy and the Messrs Hammetts Diaries Limited perpetual challenge cup. Brian Kerr, site manager at Taw Valley Creamery, said: 'Now in its 25th year, the Devon County Show is a key event in the calendar that achieves national acclaim and we're ecstatic to have achieved such an incredible result for our cheeses at this year's show. 'We always aim to produce the best quality cheeses possible and it's fantastic for our cheesemakers to receive such recognition for all their hard work and dedication.'
