LEE Carey carried over his excellent form from the Okehampton Golf Club Championship to win the July Medal on Saturday, July 3. High winds and blustery showers made for tricky conditions so a Gross 70 ( net 65 ) was a fine score, just enough to beat 4 players on net 66.
Division 2 was won by Ken Peckham with a fine net 64. Division 3 was won by Gordon Stokes with a net 69.
