ROCK Methodist Church looks forward to welcoming visitors to the Yelverton Christmas Tree Festival which opens on Tuesday, December 15.

Local churches, businesses, clubs and organisations have accepted an invitation to sponsor and decorate one of 25 trees which will be on display.

The festival is open from 10.30am to 4.30pm until Saturday, December 19.

Visitors are particularly welcome to join in a carol service at 10.30am on Sunday, December 20 and the festival will be open again from 2pm to 4pm.
