BRITISH Transport Police are appealing for witnesses, after an incident involving young boys on the Plymouth to Gunnislake train last week.

Two boys of about 12 travelling on the 1819 train on Tuesday August 17 were assaulted by around two older people, who also stole items from the youngsters.
The offenders got off the train at Bere Ferrers.
DC David Bailey said details of the crime were sketchy.
He appealed for anyone who might have witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious to contact him on 01752 664693, quoting log 532 of 17/08/04.
