TORRIDGE District Council has awarded the Torridge Community Transport Association a grant of £10,000 to help continue provide transport options to people throughout our district.

The TCTA is a registered charity and its main focus area is the 36 parishes of northern Torridge, including Winkleigh, but also provides transport outside of this area if it is required.

The most popular service is a 'ring and ride' facility but they also run a voluntary car service, community group minibus hire and operate passenger club excursions.
