YOUNG footballers at Horrabridge Rangers FC look smart on the ball thanks to the generosity of a local sponsor.
Coached by Ian Burke and Rob Atkinson the club have 25 boys and girls ranging in different abilities, aged between five and eight years-old.
The youngsters, who enjoy their fun training sessions on a Thursday evening, are split into four teams. But with so many players the club were in need of training bibs, so in stepped Mike and Janette Leggett Architectural Services — to whom Ian, Rob and the boys and girls are most grateful.
Ian said: 'One of the parents of one of the oldest players asked if I would object to them purchasing some training bibs for use by both the U9s and also the younger children. I, of course, was overjoyed and have managed to purchase a large number of bibs in three different colours which will vastly help in the training of the young players.'
