A TAVISTOCK children's group is to close its doors for the last time next week, after 15 years in operation.

Tavistock Toy Library has provided an important point of contact for parents and children as well as a wide variety of toys both large and small for hire.

Earlier this year the group appealed for more members to join, but the committee has now decided to wind the library down.

The committee would like to thank past and present members for help and support over the years, and appeals to anyone who has toys on loan to return them on Monday June 19 between 9.30am and 10.30am, at the United Reform Church Hall.
