OKEHAMPTON were away for a cup quarter-final match on a lovely sunny Sunday morning, knowing they were in for a tough match against league winners Bude.
Bude managed an early goal, but things went well for Argyle with Reece Foster scoring an early goal from a pass from Indigo. Louie made a spectacular run down the pitch allowing Charlie Masket to score. Bude then managed to equalise just before half time.
The second half started well, with Charlie Richards scoring for Oke and allowing them to take the lead. Argyle's Sam then scored from a throw-in. Indigo had a great match with several outstanding headers, Reece Foster then scored his second goal of the match. With Oke now 5-2 up, Bude began applying pressure but with goal number six coming from Charlie Richards this clinched the win for Argyle.
A deserved win for Argyle, with good marking from Callem Ware and good dribbling and crossing from Jack Symmonds, as well as good performances from Matt Isaac, Dean Butler and Cohen, to given the team something to celebrate.
