TWO staff at the Okehampton branch of C & G have been celebrating success in separate awards which recognise good customer service. Branch manager Nigel Joy won the customer service employee of the month award. A national customer satisfaction survey is carried out by an independent company on behalf of Cheltenham and Gloucester Plc each month. The employee across the whole company who stands out the most for the customer service they have given receives an award. Last month?s winner was Nigel. Customer service assistant Cathy Webb was the winner of the regional savings seller award. This award incorporates a large aspect of customer service and is awarded annually to only four employees in the whole of the company.
