POLICE in Okehampton have appealed for witnesses following the theft of power tools from a van parked in Crediton Road which was broken into between 6pm on January 27 and 8am on January 28.
The stolen items include a Dewalt 18v battery drill marked with ?Speedy? on the bottom of the battery and drill and a Bosch rotary SDS drill marked with the owner?s name and address inside the case.
The police would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the Crediton Road area during the night in question and from anyone who has been offered cheap power tools. Call 08705 777444 and ask for Okehampton Police Station.
