THE stableford at Tavistock Golf Club held on June 19 was won by past captain Tony Ingram with 41 points, from Martin Greening and Maurice Craze with 40 points each.
The monthly medal and captain?s prizes on June 27 were won by H Nuttall, Andy Priddle and Adam Ridgeway with Alan Gawman winning the Gross prize.
The medal competition on July 3 was won by Luke Wakley with a net 65 from Richard Smith on countback over the back 9 holes.
The midweek stableford on June 30 saw Glyn Cunnick beating Monty Congdon after another countback over the back 9 holes, both scoring 42 points.
The veteran?s stableford on July 2 was won by Jerry Harden with 38 points, but the veteran?s captain, John Thewlis, also scored 38 points but was disqualified over a technicality.
On July 11 the Roland Bailey greensome foursomes was won by Alan and Kerry Gawman with 43 points, second Dave and Peggy Burge, 42 points, and third Dennis and Lyn Jones, 41 points.
The Plymouth Sound team lost at home to Staddon Heights but beat Bigbury at home. The team now starts a run of crucial away fixtures.
Lady captain, Elaine Cooper and past lady captain, Sharon Williams, were winners of the Dartmoor 4s competition held over the Whitsun Bank Holiday weekend.
