Tavistock started the second half fired up and had quickly doubled their lead when Miller struck twice. Mackintosh scored the first of his two goals after tapping in from close range to put Tavistock five goals up. Doney also tapped in the first of his two goals after following up a shot from Gaspar. Mackintosh scored the seventh goal for Tigers before Doney scored the best and final goal of the game. As a through ball was hit from midfield Doney skillfully turned the ball past the keeper with a deft flick. Tavistock finished their summer league season in third place, having just missed out on promotion and can be proud of their achievements.
