This as always was no exception to the fact that the spectators were due a thriller, but neither team were prepared for the rod of iron the referee ruled the game by. It was about this time every thing seemed to get out of hand as two players, one from each side were dismissed from the field of play after words were exchanged in a trivial dispute. Another Tavy player followed moments later for his remark to the referee who was standing for no nonsense whatsoever. The away keeper had his name entered into the little black book for mistiming his challenge and completely felling a Tavy forward who was away in the clear and had the incident taken place more central on goal he would most definitely have joined the others for an early shower as well.
