LAMERTON Hunt Pony Club members competing individually in the Land Rover sponsored intro class at Lanhydrock on Sunday, all figured prominently in the final placings. With an entry of 75, the event, under British Eventing Rules, held through the three mile course grounds of Lanhydrock House, was split into three classes of 25. In class A, Hannah Gribble (Launceston College) on Top Star finished second. In class B, Lara Hopkins (Tavistock College) on Deerpark Pele also came second . In class C, Emma Clare (Callington College) on Sid finished in third place. The show jumping course was particulary trappy catching out 61 of the 75 entries leaving only 14 competitors with clear rounds before the cross- country.
