STRAIGHT from kick off in this third round tie Okehampton showed their desire to win the game with great determination and quality football.
Argyle took a deserved lead midway through the first half with a good team goal when Ollie Crimmins crossed and Tallan Burns slotted the ball into the net. They kept the pressure on and nearly got a second goal when Ollie Crimmins hit the post with a long range shot. Against the run of play Broadmeadow equalised and the first half ended one all.
Argyle continued their good play into the second half but two breakaway goals saw Broadmeadow go 3-1 up. Argyle's heads never dropped they battled on and got their just rewards when Ollie Crimmins crossed for Nathan Andrews to header in.
The visitors then went on to get a deserved equaliser when Andrews scored from a tight angle. He completed his hat-trick following a good through ball by Ben Bickle which enabled him to score. The scoring was completed when Tallan Burns scored at the end.
Okehampton showed a lot of character to come from 1-3 down to win 5-3.
