I THOUGHT you would like to know that on the same day that you published my letter (December 2) about West Devon's failings on the refuse collection front, I received a fulsome apology from the head of environmental services for the four-week delay in replying, together with an explanation for the mistakes.
It's good to know that someone at Kilworthy reads their local paper diligently!
