AN OKEHAMPTON hairdresser is organising a sponsored 35-mile walk across Dartmoor for charity. Theresa Langbridge, who owns E-Clips Hair Salon in West Street, Okehampton, will undertake the walk to raise funds for the Devon Air Ambulance. Theresa has not finalised the route yet, but said it was likely to be similar to the one followed by Ten Tors competitors. She said the walk would be for two different charities as she would be joined by a group of friends who will be walking to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Theresa will be setting off at the end of September, and has already begun training by undertaking walks locally, which she said were ?going well?.
