A SUNDIAL was stolen from premises on Tinhay Industrial Estate, Lifton, between 5,30pm and 8am on Thursday and Friday of last week.

Two sections of the sundial ornament were taken but one was found nearby. The other, a 50p-shaped brass sundial with a sandstone surround, is still missing.

A hole measuring 4ft by 4ft was cut into the chain link fence of the premises.
