WHEN it comes to tribute bands they don't get much better than dIRE tRAITS — an outfit that provides blistering renditions of the very best from Dire Straits.

The band consists of Ray Watson, vocals, guitar; Richard Carr, drums; Rosemary Schonfield, guitar, percussion; Gavin Lee, bass; Andrew Downton, keyboards and Steve Wiltshire, sax, flute and percussion. They are classically trained musicians.
