FOOTBALL will be alive and kicking in the local community during the Easter holidays, thanks to Exeter City.

The club's Football in the Community programme will be putting on roadshows across Devon this April, stopping in Okehampton on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14, and North Tawton on Friday April 15.

Fun soccer courses are on offer for children aged between 5 and 14 years, and of all abilities.

Players will be taught new skills, alongside developing existing ones. The roadshow events will allow players to have a great time, make new friends, and improve their footballing ability in a safe, structured but fun environment.

The training will help the children appreciate the benefits of teamwork and develop their self confidence.
