THROUGH your newspaper could you please congratulate the people who organised the New Year's Eve ball in Simmoms Park, Okehampton?
Me, my husband and seven of our friends enjoyed a wonderful evening dancing the night away to a Queen tribute band and then a disco.
The music was very well chosen, the atmosphere was happy and friendly and the venue was perfect. What a fantastic way to see in the new year — well done everyone, hope this is organised again this coming new year.
