ON behalf of the residents of Exbourne and the surrounding area I would like to thank through the paper the Okehampton Medical Centre and staff for organising the flu vaccinations in the village hall last Wednesday week.

The session was appreciated very much by all who attended, and I would hope it will be repeated in years to come. I would just like to point out to those in the surrounding area that it is open to all those people who are registered with the Okehampton Medical Centre, not just residents of Exbourne, so we welcome more people if they wish to attend — it saves you a lot of bother with going into Okehampton on the Saturdays when the vaccinations are being done, and reduces the pressure on the staff in Okehampton on that day.
