ON behalf of the Lions Club of Tavistock, I would like to thank everybody who donated items for our 'Share a Gift' stall at the recent charity sale in the town hall.
It was a great success and we raised just under £300, so a big thank you also to all those people who purchased goods from us.
Our catering team made just over £100 profit on the day, which means we have around £400 that we will give to ShelterBox during a visit that club members plan to make to their HQ in Helston later this month.
A big thank you once again for supporting our fund raising activities.
