ON behalf of the Royal Marines Association, Tavistock, we would like to give a belated thank you to mine host, Mike and Heidi of the London Inn, Horrabridge, who held a function for the Royal Marines' charitable trust fund. They raised the magnificent sum of £1,500.
Thanks also to Morrisons, who gave us permission to have a collection where we raised £1033,39. Many thanks to all who contributed to the charity.
It just goes to show how much the public think of our servicemen serving in Afghanistan, and the foreign fields.
