I HAVE been running the Guide and Brownie stall in Okehampton Market for many years now and I would like to say how wonderful the people of Okehampton have been during the seven weeks I have been away having a hip replacement.
A big thank you to Linda, her volunteers, Avril, Pat, Nell and Helen, for keeping the stall going during the week and to the Guide and Brownie units for their work on Saturdays.
Another big thank you to our regular customers for their continued support and to the other stall holders who, as always, have rallied round and cheerfully helped out.
I look forward to seeing them all again.
