THANK you to all those who gave so generously to our street collection on April 28. We made £500. We have a big thank you to give to Reg Dickins, from Horrabridge. Despite being in his 80s, Reg walked from house to house in Horrabridge and collected £100. He and his wife have collected for Save the Children for over 40 years. It is good to know that 80p of every pound goes directly to the children. The other 20p goes to raise another pound. The barn dance we held in aid of Save the Children raised well over £400.
