ON behalf of domestic animals and particularly dogs terrified of bangs resulting from fireworks, I should like to say thank you to all people in Okehampton who are understanding and considerate. To those who are less so, it is hoped, that by next year, you too may be able to consider the plight of dogs who are extremely stressed and terrified during November and whenever fireworks are set off.
