THE age of chivalry has not left us, thank goodness! Can I take this opportunity to thank a very king gentleman and his son, who pushed and helped to restart my car at the top of New Road.
It was imperative to get to Okehampton by 2pm as my two friends and I were singing carols at three residential homes that afternoon.
I clean forgot to ask their names, but I do remember the gentleman had a grey pullover with a college logo and he had wavy silver hair and a beard.
Do you recognise yourself, sir?
