A WEST Devon teen rock band are set to appear alongside some big names when playing to their biggest crowd yet at a festival next week.

Tavistock band Ten Zero One — comprising bass guitar and lead vocalist Max Williams, drummer Gary Lawrence, guitar and vocalist Jack Rawlings and newly appointed lead guitar and vocalist Joe Craddick — will be performing at Looe Music Festival on Saturday, September 22.

The boys, all aged 14, are very excited about the opportunity to perform on such a large stage to potentially 5,000 people.

This festival is their biggest one to appear at to date and the boys have been put on the main stage on the beach playing at 2.25pm to 3.05pm, just before a band called 'If' which is made up of ex members of Sham 69 and the former drummer of The Jam. Also playing on the day will be the Lambrettas, The Levellers and on the Sunday the headline act will be The Stranglers.
