Team stableford was played in strong winds

AT Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday a three ball team stableford, two to count, was played.

Forty teams took part and playing conditions were difficult due to strong winds.

Results: first with an excellent 85 points M Soby, D File Jnr and A West; second with 81 points K Perryman, R Jones and P Atherton; third with 80 points J Morey, D Kelling and Mary Keir.

On Sunday 18 pairs played in a mixed greensomes stableford. Weather conditions were even tougher than Saturday.

First with 35 points on last 9, M Hill and L Hazelton; second with 35 points, N Atkinson and L Atkinson; third with 33 points on last 9, W Phillott and D Phillott.
