TAVISTOCK Girls U15s and 11 U18s took to the road for a tour visit to the Worthing 10s festival in East Sussex.
Manager Mhairi McCall, coaches Marc (Hammy) Kerswill and Roger (Doc) Page, along with six parents accompanied the girls, which saw a retail stop at Gunwharf Quay and a pre-festival disco on the Saturday.
The festival day itself was wet and very cold but the girls excelled themselves by reaching the semi-finals of the cup in both age groups.
The U18s prize winners were player of the tournament Kirsty McCall; tackler, Jo Abel, players' player, Bethany Neave.
U15s prize winners were player of the tournament, Katie Cowie; tackler, Rosie Tidball and players' player Ali Huntley.
