THIS year Tavistock Children’s Theatre Club (TC2) look forward to welcoming you to Agrabah, city of enchantment, where every beggar has a story and every camel has a tail!  

Disney’s Aladdin Jr, TC2’s ‘15th’ production to be performed at The Wharf will take place on Saturday, June 24 and Sunday, June 25 at 2pm and 6pm both days.

Over 40 performers aged four to 15 take to the stage.

Get ready to take a magical, musical journey to a ‘Whole New World’ with all your favourite Disney characters from the iconic animated film.

TC2 was set up and run by Tracy Harding and Steph Reese in 2005 who had previously worked together in an arts centre in London.

This, among other things, provided theatre training for children and young people.  

When Tracy returned to live in Tavistock, and Steph moved down with her family a few years later they decided to set up something similar and Tavistock Children’s Theatre Club was born!

In time TC2 was joined by Steph’s daughter Ilona Richardson and the same creative team remains today.  

They have gone from strength to strength producing shows which have included Bugsy Malone, Oliver, Fame, Little Shop of Horrors, The Wizard of Oz and Joseph.
