DISCUSSIONS are continuing on the future of Okehampton's PoleStar Foods factory, as administrators FRP Advisory assess offers for the site.
The factory closed with the loss of 232 jobs at the end of January, after the company announced they had 'encountered unforeseen problems'.
Last week, there was renewed hope the factory could be reopened and staff re-employed after administrators FRP Advisory LLP told the Times they had around 20 interested parties and were hopeful of a sale within weeks,
Companies from the UK, Holland and Denmark have expressed interest in the site, but it is not known which firms have made formal offers.
Phil Armstrong, joint administrator and partner at FRP Advisory LLP, said on Monday: 'We are currently assessing offers following the bid process and are in discussions with those interested parties.
'We will provide an update as soon as is practicable, however currently discussions and on-going and commercially sensitive.'
Last week, Mr Armstrong said he hoped 'significant numbers' of jobs could be rescued at the site if a buyer was found.
