BELSTONE may be far away from the coast, but that will not stop David Guiterman giving an illustrated talk on Britain's marine life in Belstone Village Hall on Saturday, March 16.

Mr Guiterman, a Belstone resident, will give the talk entitled 'Underwater Life Around Britain'.

Drawing on his considerable experience as a marine biologist and diver, he will share a world of animal and plant life most people may never see.

The talk will describe how animals and plants live, and will discuss the strategies they have developed for survival in a crowded and beautiful environment.?It will also explain how they interact to form rich underwater communities.

The talk begins at 7.30pm. Refreshments will be served and donations are invited for village hall funds
