OLYMPIC silver medal winner Heather Fell spent a day at Tavistock Primary School working with children on sports.
The modern pentathlete had her photo taken with all the classes, who completed a sponsored circuit of activities.
The sponsorship money will be divided equally between the school, where it will go towards paying for much-needed sports equipment, and the charity Super Schools, with which Heather is involved.
Super Schools was created to help motivate and encourage children to take up sport and to create a better style of life and health.
