Tipton St John 4 South Zeal Utd 4 TIPTON were on top for most of the first half but could only manage one goal as a cross from the right wing deceived Adam Cann in the Zeal goal. The Zeal defence did well to keep score down to just one goal and a bonus came just before half time when Harley Cann hit a tremendous left foot shot from 20 yards to equalize for Zeal. The tables turned in the second half and Zeal went 3-1 up after goals from Harley Cann and Darren Gilbert. After a defensive lapse Tipton scored to get back to 3-2; however shortly afterwards Harley Cann completed his hat-trick to put Zeal 4-2 up. It was still 4-2 with only eight minutes left but two crosses from the home side were not dealt with and resulted in Tipton equalizing with only seconds to go. The previous week Zeal drew 2-2 with Exmouth Amateurs after Harley Cann had put Zeal ahead twice but both sides contested a very good game. This week home to Seaton Saturday KO 2-15pm. Sunday home to Alphington KO 1pm.
