OKEHAMPTON Carnival Committee is still looking for its queen to take part in this year's carnival.

The committee, which has a float which can be used by the queen, will offer any advice regarding its decoration if required.

Parents should also be aware that attendance at some of the other local carnivals will be expected.

Applicants should be 12 years old or over on carnival day and are to leave their names, ages, addresses and contact telephone number.

Entries can be handed in to Krafty Cards in the Red Lion Yard on Friday, June 19 by noon.
