BEAUTIFUL views of Dartmoor will be in store for participants of the Ruby Run fun run on Saturday, June 10.
The one-and-a-half mile run through picturesque countryside starts outside the doctor's surgery on Sanctuary Lane in Hatherleigh, with registration beginning at 10am.
The first run starts at 11am, with entry costing £2 per fun-runner. The race will finish at the George pub, as will the full length Ruby Run race.
The event is suitable for adults and children, and promises to be a great family day out, with each runner who finishes receiving a medal and some prizes for the fastest runners in some age categories.
The run has been organised by Active Villages, Made-Well and the Ruby Run to help celebrate ten years of the Ruby Run, which takes place on the same day from Holsworthy to Hatherleigh.
