BERE Alston 2nd scout group expressed thanks to everyone who took part in its fundraising car wash event which raised a fantastic amount towards activities to celebrate 100 years of the scouting group next year.

Special thanks went to Jewsons of Tavistock who, yet again, donated the equipment for the event.

Any vehicle was welcome but the beavers and cubs were very excited when a local farmer thought his tractor could do with clean!
