A MAN who admitted dealing and producing cannabis and possessing 'magic mushrooms' received a suspended sentence from Plymouth Crown Court.
Christopher Barr, aged 21 of Tavistock, pleaded guilty to producing the class B drug, possessing it with intent to supply and possessing mushrooms containing the class A drug psilocin on November 8 last year.
He was sentenced by Judge Francis Gilbert QC to 12 months imprisonment suspended for two years.
Judge Gilbert said: 'It's up to you to stay out of trouble.'
