MOUNT House School Year 8 pupils Sophie West and Ella Cunningham have been honoured with two of the four top academic awards to Sherborne Girls in Dorset. 

Sophie was a member of the 1st VII hockey squad last term and has represented the school at both netball and rounders. 

She is a keen artist and has been studying the Street Art of Banksy and Slinkaju. Sophie enjoys music and drama, playing piano and rehearsing her part in the forthcoming senior play 'The Scarlet Pipistrelle'.

Ella is an enthusiastic sportswoman and school gala medal winner, has reached LAMDA Grade 5 for acting and Grade 4 for speech, regularly performs in both the chapel choir and the school orchestra and will take her Grade 6 flute exam this year.
