A RECENT report states that some children?s charities are complaining about the proposed 9pm curfews as a breach of the children?s rights.

How vociferous are they I wonder in fighting for children?s other rights such as (1) the right to regular discipline, (b) the right to parental training in respect for people and their properties, lawfulness and courtesy, (c) the right to be guided away from crime.
