WE would, through your newspaper, like to say a big thank you to the very kind lady who delivered us back to our car on Sunday afternoon (July 2) after we were caught out in thunder, lightning and rain, walking around Horndon. This kind lady came out of the Zoar Chapel after the service to find us sheltering in the doorway against the severe weather. She offered help and we were very pleased to accept a lift back to our car parked at Mary Tavy church almost two miles away. We have no idea who she is but she drove a Maroon Peugeot 405.
