STILL flushed with the success of their participation in the Massed Male Voice Choir Charity Concert at the Royal Albert Hall, Launceston's Male Voice Choir will give a concert in St Andrew's Church in South Tawton on Saturday, November 30.

The choir will sing a variety of songs, some of which featured in the concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

These include pieces from operas by Verdi and Puccini, popular songs from Les Miserables, and well-known tunes from Cornwall and Wales.

The choir will be joined by the Tetcott Ladies' Choir.

This choral group, which sings in three part harmony, was formed in the 1950s and in recent years has often supported the Launceston MVC in helping to raise considerable amounts of money for charity.

Proceeds from the concert, which starts at 7.30pm, will go to the Friends of St Andrew's Church Restoration Fund.

Tickets are available in South Zeal and Sticklepath at £8 each to include refreshments.
